Our appraisals conform to the rigourous standards of the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP). USPAP is published and maintained by the Appraisal Standards Boards (ASB) of the Appraisal Foundation, a non-governmental entity charged by Congress with promulgating appraisal standards. The intent of these Standards is to promote and maintain a high level of public trust in professional appraisal practice. USPAP reflects the current standards of the appraisal profession. Every appraiser is required to complete periodic Continuing Education to refresh on the basic standards and become familiar with the new Advisory Opinions and annual changes to USPAP.
